"There customer service sucks. They never answer the phone and rarely return emails. I canceled an auto policy almost a year ago and now find out it was never canceled. I complained to Thomas directly and he gave me what he said was his personal cell phone and when I call it it goes to another state farm agent that tells me that there are 3 Thomas Loughlin state farm agents and they are all different and can not help me. STAY CLEAR FO THEM."
"Hey David, I wanted to wait a few weeks to give you an opportunity to edit your review so that it accurately reflects what actually transpired in this situation. The only portion of your review that is objective is that you requested a vehicle to be cancelled and there was a mistake in getting it cancelled, which I apologized for several times. You emailed me on Saturday, 12/7/24, to inform me of said mistake and I responded to you via email before the following business day had begun on 12/9/24. You confirmed the phone number you were originally calling; that phone number was NOT my office number, hence why you weren’t reaching us by phone originally. In your review you stated “They never answer the phone and rarely return emails;” we have always answered your calls and emails when they came to the correct office (besides the time you called three times within 32 minutes when we were all on the phone or had customers at our desk- I personally called you the second I became free that day). The moment I was made aware of your concern you were given daily or every other day updates until you received your refund—which even had interest paid on it as well. I have a record of every email transaction and have objective proof of every correspondence I have ever received, which were all responded to in a timely manner. As a small business owner, feedback is very helpful and it’s important that I’m able to recap what transpired accurately. Again, I’m sorry your auto wasn’t originally cancelled but I’m glad that has been rectified at this point and wish you the best moving forward. - Tom "

"Had to pay two annual premiums for two homeowners policies due to an oversight on their part. 30 days later and still no refund despite multiple phone calls and emails to Tom's office. 1-800 State Farm refers you to back to the local office which would normally be preferable however the agents in Tom's office expel their hate for State Farm, referencing the hundreds of customers they speak to in the same boat with no care. When I offered my NYS Department of Financial Services complaint ID it was refused and I was told "Corporate doesn't care". After NYS Department of Financial Services investigated I was finally able to get my refund. Mistakes happen but we received ZERO help from Tom’s office absolutely would not recommend."

"Bobbi Jean is fantastic always there when you need help! Great company to deal with. They are always available to help you with your insurance needs. They were a little more expensive than he company I had but the support I received from Bobby Jean was worth every bit of it. Any time I have an issue I can always reach my representative that I need. Also having a local broker is better than some big company the local people know you by your voice and when you call. You are not just some number or a just another person who they provide insurance for. Bobbi really gets to know her clients and what they need. Thank you again Bobbi Jean for all your help."
