"I went to Thomas Loughlin's State Farm a little confused and lost about stuff but a office manager by the name of Bobbijean a lovely young lady made my experience so worth wild . "Deceitful and anything but transparent. Monthly rate increases with no explanation. Called about insurance coverage on a rental vehicle and was provided false information which cost me even more money. Recommend finding an upfront insurance provider, not this team of liars."
We responded:
"Robert, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I take the concerns of our customers very seriously, and I want to address your comments thoroughly and transparently, especially since we haven’t had the opportunity to speak directly about your concerns. While I respect your right to share your experience, I must firmly dispute the false allegations made in your review and provide clarity on the matters you’ve raised. After reviewing your account in detail, I want to clarify that there was no unexplained rate increase. Billing changes are not processed in real-time, so adjustments made mid-month are reflected on the next bill, along with any applicable credits or charges, accompanied by a detailed explanation. In your case, a prorated credit was applied to one bill, and the following month reflected your normal rate. There was no increase; the prior month simply included a one-time credit. Additionally, during this time, your policy underwent a location rating change after you informed us that you had moved the location you garage your vehicles. Location plays a significant role in risk assessment and rating, as different areas pose different levels of risk. This adjustment resulted in a change to your premium. Regarding your rental vehicle coverage inquiry, we provided information after consulting with our underwriting department to ensure accuracy. Coverage extensions outside the country are not always straightforward, as laws and regulations vary significantly by region. While certain aspects of your policy may extend internationally, others may not, or they may not meet local requirements. Our goal was to provide you with the most accurate information so that you could make an informed decision. In the event of an incident while traveling abroad, our proactive clarification of your coverage would have ensured you were protected. I take the reputation of my office and the trust of my customers very seriously. This is my livelihood, and I am deeply committed to providing honest, transparent, and reliable service to every customer. Your accusation of deceit and dishonesty is not only false but undermines the dedication my team and I invest in ensuring our customers are informed and protected. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to you directly to address your concerns, yet I have received no response from you beyond this review. I remain committed to resolving any outstanding issues you may have, but I will not allow baseless claims to tarnish the reputation of my office.
